General Wards

Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Evening: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Maximum 2 visitors per bedside at a time.

ICU / High Dependency

Scheduled Access: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Immediate next-of-kin only, subject to clinical clearance.

Maternity Ward

Partner support allowed extended hours with designated nurse registration and maternal privacy guidelines.

Financial Clarity

HMO & Corporate Insurance Integration

We partner with leading regional HMOs and corporate medical insurance providers. Present your active membership card or pre-authorization code at reception for streamlined cashless processing.

Patient Preparation Checklist

Bring valid national ID/passport, current medication lists, previous scan/lab reports, and active insurance membership card for faster admissions.
